At Parliament of SA Online Store, we offer refunds, credits or exchanges under specific circumstances. 

Change of mind 

We do not offer refunds, credits or exchanges for change of mind. 

Faulty, damaged or incorrectly described products 

At Parliament of SA Online Store, we are happy to offer you a refund, credit or exchange on full price merchandise or if an item is defective or damaged.  

  1. Send photos of the fault, damage or evidence of the incorrect description to [email protected] 
  1. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You may either bring your item/s back to us in person to the Parliament of SA Online Store or post it back. Please do not post an item back without first contacting us. 
  1. Parliament of SA Online Store will arrange return postage on your behalf or refund postage costs upon presentation of receipt/s. 
  1. You can nominate a refund, credit or exchange. 
       

Returning gifts 

You can get a store credit or exchange for a gift purchased for you from the Parliament of SA Online Store. The credit or exchange must be within 30 days from date of delivery. 

If more than 30 days has passed since the item was delivered, unfortunately we won’t be able to offer you a store credit or exchange.  

The value of the gift item will be the value of that product at the time of exchange. If you wish to exchange it for an item of greater value, you will have to pay the difference.   

If you have a receipt or dispatch confirmation email, please supply this to us.  

You may either bring your item/s back to us in person to the Parliament of South Australia, or post it back.

Refunds 

Refunds will be made to the credit or debit card account used to place the order. 

Exceptions/non-returnable items  

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (food/drink) and personal care goods (beauty products, earrings and socks). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

Cancelled orders  

If you wish to cancel your order, let us know by emailing us on [email protected]. If your order has not been processed and posted, we will cancel your order and refund the full amount including any shipping charges.  

If your order has already been posted, you will be refunded when the product is returned to us. We are not obliged to give you a refund until we receive the products back.  

We will refund charges you paid to have the item delivered to you, but not the costs you incur in sending the products back to us.
