A special workshop for the HaSS Association Australia.
This workshop, conducted by Paula Hensing from the Electoral Commission of South Australia and Natalie Badcock from Parliament House, will focus on the place of Civics and Electoral Education in HaSS.
Practical activities will be conducted and resources provided by Paula to be used in the HaSS classroom.
Natalie will explore the media literacy involved leading up to an election.
Following the workshop, Natalie will provide attendees with the opportunity to be involved in a guided tour of Parliament House.
HAA Member cost is $20 for teachers and $10 for pre-service students. The non-HAA member registration cost is $30.
