The Teachers’ House – Teaching Resource Showcase

We’re turning Parliament House into the Teachers’ House!

This afternoon of professional learning is a showcase/expo of the resources and support the Parliament can offer teachers.

Teachers can:

– Practice Civics & Citizenship card games
– Try touring the Parliament in virtual reality
– Look at other examples of teaching resources and materials (e.g. counting up question time, designing emblems)
– Learn how to run a Parliamentary debate in class – our educators will take you into the Chambers to debate

The $20 entry fee covers a card deck or poster set resource of your choice, tea/coffee, and highly sought-after Parliament House lemonade scones
