Domestic shipping
Orders placed through Parliament of SA Online Store will be dispatched via Australia Post within 5 business days. Post options are available at checkout. Delivery costs are calculated based on the total weight of the order, destination delivery address and packaging materials.
A confirmation email and Australia Post tracking number will be sent at the time of dispatch.

Parliament of SA Online Store is not responsible for delays incurred or failure to deliver due to incorrectly supplied contact details, or for failure to collect items from the Post Office.
International shipping
Parliament of SA Online Store currently only ships within Australia. If you would like to make an order from outside Australia, please contact us at [email protected]
Collect in person
If you wish to collect your order from Parliament House, Adelaide SA, select this option at checkout. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.
Collect your order from the desk at Centre Hall after clearing security at the main entry.
Collect your order in the following timeframes:
Monday-Friday, 8.30am-5pm
Closed weekends and public holidays
Bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order.
Orders placed before 3pm on weekdays (excluding public holidays) will be ready for collection by 4pm on the same day. Orders received after 3pm Fridays, on weekends or public holidays will be fulfilled on the next weekday.
