Activity
This is a colouring, cutting and folding exercise to create an origami Sturt Desert Pea. This exercise can produce a beautiful classroom display.
Duration
20 minutes
Supplies
- Scissors
- Gluesticks
- Sticky tape
- Popsticks or straws for the stem
- Coloured pencils/textas
- Printed copies of the instructions and pieces.
Instructions
- Colour in the leaves and flower petals – try and keep the fold lines visible through the colouring
- Cut out the leaves and flower petals
- Follow the folding and gluing instructions
- Tape the completed pieces to a stem
