Community groups, clubs, and interest groups are welcome to contact a member of the House of Assembly or the Legislative Council to request a free group tour.   You can have up to 30 people attend on a community group tour.

We recommend requesting your booking a minimum of one month before your intended visit date.

  1. Contact the office of the local MP whose electorate covers your group, or alternatively, a Member of the Legislative Council.

To find your local MP and their office contact details:
    a) Use the Electoral Commission SA interactive boundaries map to determine your electorate via address.
    b) Search for the electorate and corresponding member on our member search page.

You can view a list of Legislative Council Members and contact details here.

  2. Work with the office to plan your date and time.

Non-sitting day tours allow your group to explore the building, sit in Members’ seats, and interact more with the building space.
Sitting day tours allow your groups to watch Parliament in action, but can only be conducted from the public viewing galleries in limited time slots.

We recommend having at least three date and time options in mind.
