DESCRIPTION:Join Her Excellency\, the Honourable Frances Adamson AC\, Governor of South Australia\, at Government House\, where she will discuss one of her key priorities: Civics and Citizenship in schools. \nTeachers will then preview the Government House School Tour experience. \nAfterwards\, cross over to Parliament House for morning tea and information about the Governor’s Civics Awards for Schools program. \nFinish with a practical workshop of teaching tips for Civics & Citizenship and an optional walkthrough of Parliament House. \nPlaces are limited. \nThe day is aligned to the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers Framework and attending teachers receive a certificate of participation.
